New Year of Chaos

The trouble began as far as I knew on Dec 11 2024, when a troubled young woman who WAS married to the son of my neighbor, and who ONCE lived here in my house, used my address to form a new company

That young woman denies any knowledge of this, yet her name is clear over all these things.

Those first two images were of the 3^D and 4^th paper mailings I got, the first two I sent to those neighbors, who confronted the young woman who then denied any knowledge of them. All of these appear to be for purchasing documents that you would be required by law to post around your workplace
On the first letter, there was a phone number which I called. That person, once I had explained that this address is a private residence where that person ONCE lived for a time, perhaps 10 yrs ago, but no longer had any connection to me or my address, told me to contact the Sec of State's office.
I DID that by phone, but had to leave a message.
They responded via email:

Once you have a police report, email a copy of the report to our office along with a letter with the details pertaining to the allegedly fraudulent activity. Upon receipt of your letter and copy of the police report, this information will be forwarded to the appropriate division for further review.
Please be advised that an investigation by our office is limited by law to whether the filing in question was properly filed. I called to Cobb police dept, that person said I needed the Sheriff's ofc fraud dept. They connected me to that dept, where I got a recording.

All fraud reports are taken IN PERSON at the Sheriff's ofc IN MARIETTA (about 12 miles away from me) I should bring copies of any documentation, AND COPIES OF MY CREDIT REPORTS!!!!!!!!!!!
 

All three of my credit reports I keep frozen so no one can try to get credit under my name, but I am very afraid this could be a precursor to someone trying to take my property.
So I am at present, frozen in place both physically (it didn't go above Freezing this morning until 10 am) and mentally/emotionally.

Here in the US we've had our first death (human) from the "Bird Flu"

(IAV) is the only species of the genus Alphainfluenzavirus of the virus family Orthomyxoviridae.
It is a pathogen with strains that infect birds and some mammals, as well as causing seasonal flu in humans.
Mammals in which different strains of IAV circulate with sustained transmission are bats, pigs, horses and dogs; other mammals can occasionally become infected.

So now I am concerned because my cats catch/kill wild birds and bring them inside. Am I at risk of infection from my cats, as I worry about losing my home?

Back in November, I walked into a car dealership with my eyes wide open, and got duped.

My 2018 Nissan Rogue has a cash value of $19,400.00 USD.
AFTER I paid a $5,000.00 downpayment, I still had to finance $24,225.32 😱
My first payment to my first car payment since 1975 is due in a couple of days: $394.19 USD.
Couple that with the increased insurance costs, I will not be limited by how much money I can spend on myself, my pets, helping family and/or friends etc...

Then the worse thing happened. My PTSD reared its ugly head in the grocery store checkout.

I normally use the self check out lanes, but today they were shorthanded.
The lane next to my lane was closed. A "young person" for whatever reason was coming in the wrong way on the closed lane, didn't pick up her foot high enough and pulled the chain, setting off an alarm (PTSD and sudden noises do not mix well) her mom was following her
I said (calmly at this point) see there, all that because you didn't want to walk around like most people would have (people all around me were laughing at this point)
That PERSON had entered my lane behind me, and said to everyone in general:
Shut the F&&K UP, I'll come over and kick your ass!
The spring inside of me snapped. I turned, took a half step towards her yelling
OH Right, and we'll all stand by and watch you get YOUR ass kicked
By now employees were coming to defuse the incident, and I was done anyway.
The "mom" followed me out, standing IN THE SLIDING DOOR of the store said
"Don't talk to my daughter that way" to which I replied "I'll speak to her as I please, we have a thing called freedom of speech, and your daughter WAS WRONG all around.
Twice before I could leave the parking lot both females gave me ample exposure to their middle fingers.
I am going to get myself shot this way, it IS Atlanta after all.
