Good for you man. That looks like a higher quality one so you wont have that annoying thing that happens on the cheap ones where the belt can't actually keep moving with your weight on it. I hope you can stick with it!

Thanks, I plan on it. I've already gotten into the habit of working out most every morning. I just have to work this into my routine. I have been focusing on my upper body a lot lately and I don't want to lose my gains there.
haha... upper body focus is just something that almost every guy in their 40's sticks with. I am the same way. I had very nicely defined shoulders and arms in my 20's and 30's so while I probably ignore other parts of my body a bit I always keep the guns fully loaded.
I hear you! I never really lifted weights after high school, but it is crazy how much of a difference the total gym is making. I will be in the bathroom brushing my teeth without a shirt on and I inadvertently flex and I'm like "whoa, where did that definition come from!".
Yeah, it's great motivation to keep doing it!
