Grapes in the sky - watercolors on paper

Hello, dear Hivers friends, and welcome back to my blog. Today, I am sharing a watercolor painting with which I want to celebrate the passing of time on fruit. So, I depicted bunches of very ripe grapes with almost withered leaves in contrast to the cerulean sky. I tried to depict a passage of time in which even nature risks decay, just like human beings. I played with the withered shapes of the leaves and grapes, which nevertheless shine in ochre yellow.

Uva nel cielo - acquarelli su carta

Ciao a tutti cari amici Hivers e bentornati sul mio blog. Oggi condivido un acquarello con il quale voglio celebrare il trascorrere del tempo sulla frutta. Così ho rappresentato dei grappoli di uva molto matura con foglie quasi appassite in contrasto con il cielo ceruleo. Ho cercato di raffigurare un passaggio temporale nel quale anche la natura rischia la decadenza come gli esseri umani. Ho giocato con forme avvizzite delle foglie e degli acini, che comunque risplendono nel giallo ocra.
