Time change and heard attack
That the heard attack rate goes up in the week after the time change is nothing new. At least not to those who questioned the usefulness and dangers of changing the clocks twice a year.

It's ridiculous!
The time change was introduced in Libya for (I believe) 2 or 3 years before it was scrapped. It was objectively harmful!
Our people already have excuses to be lazy, time switch gave even more "legit" excuses to skip work or show up late. The system was removed!
