Not some, just one. I don't understand it completely, but in the recent announcement, some adjustment is being made due to the growing number of stakers. It was said that it's just temporary. I hope that's the case.
You should have mentioned the name of the Hive tribe which applies some sort of tax for curators not using its respective frontend for curating. 😅

Yes, I think there is really a limit to tipping !LOLZ to the same user.

I finally found the post about 6 months ago by @lolztoken saying that they indeed limited the amount of LOLZ tipped by a LOLZ holder to the same Hive user per day to 2 to prevent abuse of the token. 🤓🤓
