Since Hive is decentralized, you practically can always use another Hive dapp when your favorite dapp is temporarily (or permanently) down. 🤓 Anyway, while I know that many Hive frontend dapps take a cut of the Hive tribe tokens from author rewards when not using their native frontend, I don't know of any Hive tribe that takes cuts from curators for not using their respective frontend. 🤓😏

Not some, just one. I don't understand it completely, but in the recent announcement, some adjustment is being made due to the growing number of stakers. It was said that it's just temporary. I hope that's the case.

I finally found the post about 6 months ago by @lolztoken saying that they indeed limited the amount of LOLZ tipped by a LOLZ holder to the same Hive user per day to 2 to prevent abuse of the token. 🤓🤓
