You can't always eat rice anyway. I think it's better to eat vegetables occasionally instead of rice. I don't usually eat rice at all.

It's true bro that we really don't have to always eat rice but from where I'm from rice have always been a part of our diet since I was a kid and it's hard to get away from something that you have been eating almost all your life that is why I'm trying my best not to eat rice sometimes as a part of my diet since I really want to lose some weight π

Not really sure about the rate, but I'm guessing 30%? And yeah in our town alone we have lots of diabetic people since most people here love sodas lol. I mean they can't get by a day without drinking one π€£. I have quit drinking soda for 10 years now so hopefully I'm safe

When you say soda, do you mean mineral water or some type of carbonated beverage?
Here, plain mineral waters are usually sugar-free.
Oh I hate sodas. Yes, sometimes I like to drink Coke on hot summer days. But I think ayran is a better and healthier option instead of cola.

What I meant was carbonated beverage like Coca-Cola and Pepsi. People here also love drinking sugar filled juices from the super market.
