Yes, but we have to be a little rich to eat out all the time. I also have a lot of doubts about whether the food outside is clean or not.

If the new norms would be that everyone are eating outside, and going to a restaurant is a daily activity and not leisure, you'd see a massive reduction in prices.
As for the hygiene, a bit of regulation and the free market would do their job.
