It's probably related to Aloe Vera by the looks of it. Did you find out what it actually is?
I couldn't find the name of this plant, but since it is very similar to Aloe Vera, the Google Lens app shows the results as Aloe Vera.

That means their AI needs some more information probably. Or maybe it is from the Aloe family, just a different type.
Yes, there are many different types of Aloe Vera. Also, I know that not only the gel of Aloe Vera but also the leaves are used.

Eğer kaktüsü fazla sulamazsanız kendi kendine büyür. Ben 1 yıl boyunca hiç sulamadım ama ona rağmen ölmemişti. Sanırım haftada bir kere yarım çay bardağı akdar su yetiyor kaktüslere
