Was going to say "Cutting their wings (if done correctly) doesn't prevent them from flying," but it seems it does, haha.

Oh I guess you're right. But I've never heard of a bird that can fly with its wings clipped. A relative of mine was feeding pigeons on the roof of his house.

Me too, but I never interacted with birds with clipped wings. All my relatives/friends who had birds (including my father) don't do that.

The most important feature of birds is to fly. That's why when someone cuts off the wings of birds, I get very angry with them.

I think flying is important for birds, but if they're caged anyway, I understand why they think clipping their wings doesn't damage that much.
