Oh, I wonder if this is more affordable for restaurants than human employees. I mean, after considering the maintenance fees and stuff.

Of course :) The cost of robot is much lesser than human employees. There is no maintenance fee. There is manufacturing warranty.

I've actually seen a lot of videos about using them in some European countries.
In fact, their mapping system is very similar to robot vacuums.
So I don't think it will be too difficult.
