As the banks go bust, the bigger banks buy them, the central banks buy them... keep in mind: They see cryptos like $HIVE as a competitor to their CBDC and won't want you buying crypto anymore. If you're not EARNING crypto, you won't be able to buy it with their fiat or CBDC's.

Assuming that cryptocurrency replaces fiat currency in civil transactions with an increasing rate, it means that traditional banks and fiat currency will face significant challenges.

Yep, exactly. If they don't leave the central bankers' control then they are doomed. They could provide the same services such as lending and investment in various products such as funds and trusts tho, but just offer those products in cryptos, rather than fiats.

Well then, again nothing changed, just as during the past three years, nothing changed for me.
Of course I never wore a facemask. I'm a biological entity, and so I need to breathe! Who do they think they are to prohibit breathing? So, they either accepted my exemption, or I didn't go there. An exemption I wrote myself, because, as a biological entity, I need to breathe! Apparently most other people can do without oxygen, but not without toilet paper.
What was I talking about? Converting crypto to fiat, and fiat to crypto. No, that possibility had already expired for me. Again, they may kiss my ass. Although, better not. That expression has a nasty etymology. I do not want to be associated with such creatures who's asses used to be kissed.
And they came with a curfew when I already didn't go out anymore. And there was an exception for walking the dog, who was still alive at that time. And their lockdown didn't affect me either. I still do not understand why people let it all happen though. Why you let them ruin the economy for the flu? Nobody even asked! They were all just blindly panicking. Curfew? Shrug shoulders, mumbling: "Must be normal ... euhh... totally fluoridated ... euhh ... New normal! KEEP YOUR DISTANCE!" Me: "Oh, sorry, did I come too close? I thought I was standing well over 1½ nanometers from you, but I did not make an exact measurement."

Hundreds of billions of dollars a day from transfers, staking and swaps. It is a big loss for the Bank, securities and national budget. They will not accept when they see that the fees that should have belonged to them have been stolen by the blockchain economy.

CBDC can be bad news for bankers as it centralize many services offered by banks. Imagine a future monetary system that can make the current banking system decentralized! That is how dystopian CBDC will be.
