That's indeed a weird battle I myself have never encountered before. 😀
To avoid that, I always use a monster that has at least 2 (melee, ranged, or magic) attack to prevent ties. 😁
I will definitely keep this in mind in future battles. 👍

That's one of the strangest ties I've seen on Splinterlands. (and I used to play it every day & seen some ties in early 2020...)
