I want to know their behavior in a specific situation, let's say you are walking down the street and on the other side you see a dog with its paw caught in a fence?What would you do? And if it were a lizard, would you act the same way?

If I'm not threaten by the animal in not manageable manner, I would help the lizard as well as the $doge.
You are Daredevil, but it is true there are different types of lizards depending on how fearless you are, good answer.
