THE NEW YEAR 2022

It is a new year and I am very thankful and grateful for so many things. 2021 was not an easy year especially financially. It was quite difficult at some points especially the last 2 months surprisingly. It was so challenging but in all this God was faithful and saw me through. I made a lot of mistakes but also learned a great deal through them. I am very grateful for life, good health and the Joy I felt in 2021. Even in all the challenges, my life, health, peace and Joy was preserved and education wise, it was a successful year.

You might think it was a difficult year because of the so many things you wished for that you did not get, some of the prayers that you think were not answered but when you really sit down and analyze the things you were able to achieve, the prayers that were answered, the successes etc. Then you realize just how much you have been truly blessed and was too blind focusing on that which you did not get. Where there is life, there is hope and it does not matter what you might be going through at the present time, be grateful for life and what you have, where you are and continue to hope and believe that things will get better.

This is a new year and I am really excited within. This is no ordinary excitement I tell you. I truly feel within that this year will be huge for me. I have set out goals in different areas of my life including spiritual, physical, financial, relationships etc for the year. I am bringing all I have learned from the previous years and will be looking forward to implement these to yield desired results. Not forgetting the errors I made that cost me a lot, I will be correcting those mistakes and will give those ideas a shot again. I am confident this time, it will be different and with God being my helper, it will be a year of testimony; my testimony.

I really hope many people will face the year like this. Every year you see people excited for the new year with no goals set for the year. They are carried away by the celebrations and feastings of the holiday that they end up not preparing for the year at all. Thus, go into the year the same way they left the last with no changes. It is a known fact that if no changes are made in our ways of approach, the outcome will remain the same. Unfortunately, that is the reality of so many people. Many will want to have a better year than the previous year but very few are prepared to implement changes that will bring that outcome.

Well, I do not want to be part of that bunch. I am very intentional about this year and I am determined to follow up through. This year means a lot to me. God's word for the year has been received with faith and I truly believe if I do my path, God will not fail to do his. It all depends on me to follow through at my end and do the things that he requires and the results will speak for itself. Happy New Year everyone and make this year worth it. You can do it.
