River flood in the countryside
A nice view of the flooding river in the countryside. The dirt roads become impassable and you become stranded. At least the view is nice.

Up until the tree, it is knee-deep, however, you run the risk of getting stuck in the mud and the water getting to your waist if you sink.
On the deepest part, it gets to 3 meters since the river originally is 2 meters deep when not flooded.

This kind of flood happens every year around summer. The water from the rain is well oxygenated, and once the water recedes, the soil doesn't remain waterlogged for long so the roots don't die off.
This tree vave already experienced several floods.

The village is higher up so the only inconvenience is that the dirt roads can't be driven on for a while.
