I just remember seeing people on those on TV when I was young and there was always that one person who ended up on the floor because they couldn't "keep up." Don't let that happen to you!
Yep. Been there. Done that. These days I'm more of a casual walker than a runner.
What about your biking? Do you still do that?
Since we moved to the country, the wild dogs and wild life make cycling a no-go. Which has definitely been a bummer. One day I hope to get back out on the road with my bikes again.

There was a time when I used the incline and alternate speed programs on the treadmill. It was a great workout. Right now it's easy going. Perhaps one day I'll get back to high intensity workouts.
I'm actually more impressed that the treadmill is still going strong after all these years.
