It's heavy and evil sounding in the background with somewhat-soothing female vocals over the top of it. Then it erupts into Thou's signature shrieking growl. To me, it's a little catchier and riffier than usual Thou stuff.

They're pretty well-known, yeah. There's a way to scream like that and not wreck vocal cords.
