Would it be Netifly? Or the serverless hosting we use?
I remember a Nigerian user was not able to sign-up for Join.D.Buzz, but I don't remember which aspect of our site or hosting blocked his sign-up (if any).
This is good due dilligence so that DBuzz v4.0 is better.

He was referring to D.Buzz frontend not working directly on his IP, so it's likely they blocked the IPs of the services we use.
