Esta hermosa planta científicamente es llamada Helianthus annuus. Y representa para algunos el sol por si color y forma.
This beautiful plant is scientifically called Helianthus annuus. And it represents for some the sun by its color and shape.
La planta aparte de ser muy linda como adorno, posee múltiples beneficios sus semillas se emplean para hacer aceites, harinas, jabones entre otras cosas por su alto. También sus semillas sirven como alimento para aves.
The plant, in addition to being very beautiful as an ornament, has multiple benefits, its seeds are used to make oils, flours, soaps, among other things. Its seeds also serve as food for birds.
Pueden llegar a medir desde un metro hasta 3 metros y pueden soportar climas secos.
They can measure from one meter to 3 meters and can withstand dry climates.
