That question was going around in my head once the invitation was made. I know, let's roast chicken over charcoal. In the meantime we can make music around the grill and enjoy the delicious aroma.

Let's get to work, preparing the chicken with seasonings is the first thing to do and so I did it the day before. Then I let it rest.
