Who you are.

It all has to come from the inside before it can be carried out. The thoughts and then the actions that follow, even if it is just for a split second, the thought must come in. In a blazing fire, when there's a need to save someone, we think then act immediately to do all that's needed to be done.

The fact that we have to think (inside) before the action(outside) is carried out, that's what makes it hurt when things turn sour. The heart feels like it is on fire, and sometimes, self-hurt happens.

The crazy part is that, the inside can't be seen even with a scan, the real problem can't be viewed just by going to the hospital, because the mind is pained and the heart shattered, it becomes hard to think clearly or do things the right way when the inside burns with intensity.

Since no one can see the hurt inside, everyone agrees you are okay, but are you? If the wound was outside, it could be easy to be seen and worked on. Everyone would know if it was healed or not. The right medication can be used, and things can work better.

But with the inside, it takes years of healing, and when the healing comes later on, it leaves a deep scar. A scar is set as a reminder each time you remember what you've been through. You find your heart throbs and shudders each time you witness, even if it is a little bit, or catch a glimpse of something related to it.

This is why I appreciate the song in the movie, "Moana," titled, "Know who you are." This scene speaks so much of what happens when we are hurt. The music is an inspiration reminding us of what happens when we are deeply hurt, especially from the inside. Our actions outside become terrible, and we become the things we detest.

Know who you are; Moana.

We are not ourselves anymore, and we end up hurting others in the process without even knowing. We become angry at the world for not protecting us, hate people for watching as we are hurt, and mostly, we hate ourselves for being weak. We forget who we are, and the more we edge on that road, the more our inside twists and turns terribly, and our outside is left with the sourness from the inside.

Not you; Alan Walker ft Emma Steinbakken.

But just so you know, that's not you. You are better than that in every way.

So, truly heal instead of being a "perfect liar" for everything you've done. Acting like you aren't seeing them or telling yourself that's nor you who did it when we both know the truth. Don't be the same person you detest. Be better. I know it is easier said than done, especially when the pain is from the inside. I know it is hard because I am still going through mine. But we can do better. Let's do better. Let's love ourselves better. Don't end up being the same world that failed you.

Still yours truly,

Thanks for reading and listening.

Peace be unto those who crave it and more to those who chase it away.

This is what we need ... many of us are deeply hurt right now, but we are NOT our pain ... we need the reminder to know who we are -- thank you!

Yes. We are not our pain. That's right. I hope that when we are faced with life struggle/pain, we will always remember that our pain doesn't own us.

True words... It's easier to lie than to heal. I'm still dealing with some stuff myself, working, healing. Wishing you all the best on your healing journey.

It is always is, but the lie is harmful too. We just fail to see it, or maybe we do, and just get addicted to it. I hope you fully heal. Thank you for stopping by.

Healing comes from the inside. We are nothing but a reflection of all that happens within. I guess many need to hear this.

Wish you the very best ✨

It does. Exactly... A reflection. Thank you and have a great day.
