Fuente / SourceHace tiempo hice un curso de panadería el cual me enseñaron lo básico, pero agregando algunas cosas un poquito más complejas, no puedo quejarme tampoco ya que fue bastante económico en ese tiempo, si no recuerdo mal era en 2018.
en ese momento el país estaba inmerso en una terrible crisis, y ese tipo de cursos los daban para que puedan emprender algo y generar ingresos, recuero que sabia como calcular el precio de cada pan que salía incluso si realizaba los populares pan frances que son pequeños y fáciles de hacer.
sin embargo, luego la cosa fue diferente, mi hermana mayor aprendió mucho más lo que tiene que ver con pan salado y yo me decante por lo dulce, pero emprendimos en cosas diferentes a la panadería y dejamos eso como un hobbie.
pero no podía llegar diciembre porque sacábamos esa competencia sana de ver a quien le salía mejor esos panes de jamón, en sabor y consistencia ya que pueden variar dependiendo de los ingredientes y de la forma de prepararlo, inclusive de la forma de amasarlo.
debo confesar que casi siempre perdía yo jajaja, pero fue buena la competencia porque a día de hoy ambos viviendo lejos puedo decir que ambos panes de jamón nos quedan muy sabrosos, solo que esta vez el mío lo disfruta mi hija y mi esposa y el de ella igualmente con su familia.
Eso me da a pensar varias cosas, muchas veces las cosas no salen como uno espera en el momento y que algunas ideas puede que sean grandiosas en el instante que lo estás pensando, pero al final de todo nada importa más que poder aprender cosas nuevas que te hagan ser mejor persona, nunca pudimos ser panaderos ni vivir de eso, pero si aprendimos una cosa que nos ayuda a ahorrar un poquito más al llegar a estas fechas.
Si la idea que estas teniendo en este momento te dejara un aprendizaje al final de todo, ¡Tomalá! No lo pienses, nada es más valioso que lo que sabes hacer y tus conocimientos, después estarás contento con el resultado porque el que aprende algo nuevo, siempre gana.

Some time ago, I took a baking course where they taught me the basics, but also added some slightly more complex things. I can't complain either, since it was quite inexpensive at the time, if I remember correctly, it was in 2018.
At that time, the country was in the midst of a terrible crisis, and these types of courses were offered so that people could start a business and generate income. I remember learning how to calculate the price of each loaf of bread, even if I was making the popular French bread, which is small and easy to make.
However, things turned out differently. My older sister learned a lot more about savory bread, and I opted for sweet bread, but we started different businesses and left baking as a hobby.
But I couldn't wait for December to come around because we had this healthy competition to see who could make the best ham bread in terms of flavor and consistency, since these can vary depending on the ingredients and how you prepare it, even how you knead it.
I must confess that I almost always lost, ha ha ha, but it was good competition because today, even though we both live far away, I can say that both of our ham breads are very tasty, only this time my daughter and my wife enjoy mine, and hers is enjoyed by her family.
That makes me think about several things: often things don't turn out as you expect them to at the time, and some ideas may seem great when you're thinking about them, but in the end, nothing matters more than being able to learn new things that make you a better person. We never got to be bakers or make a living from it, but we did learn one thing that helps us save a little more when this time of year comes around.
If the idea you are having right now will teach you something in the end, go for it! Don't think twice, nothing is more valuable than what you know how to do and your knowledge. You will be happy with the result because those who learn something new always win.
