Cada vez que regreso a ver las comunidades de Hive siempre recuerdo con cariño el Concurso Observa, Piensa y Escribe ya que solía ser un desestresante para mi hace un tiempo, me da nostalgia ver que siga activo, y obviamente volveré a participar ahora mismo.

Every time I return to visit the Hive communities, I fondly remember the Observe, Think, and Write Contest because it used to be a stress reliever for me a while ago. It makes me nostalgic to see that it is still active, and I will obviously participate again right now.
Fuente / SourceJustamente en esta época de navidad hace muchos años mis padres me regalaron una bicicleta más grande de lo que yo podía montar, fue difícil para mí manejarla debido a eso, ya que la veía enorme en ese tiempo y aun con ruedas de ayuda me iba cayendo.
Esto fue bueno a la larga ya que incluso ya como adulto pude seguir usando esa bicicleta, y aunque sigue estando en buen estado la dejare para mi hija que esta apenas empezando a crecer, lo cierto es que para poder mantener esa bicicleta en buen estado tuve que comprar una caja de herramientas muy parecida a la imagen de esta semana y que por mera casualidad justo ayer tuve que volver a utilizarla.
Ahora siendo padre de una niña de 4 años hemos decidido mi esposa y yo regalarle también una bicicleta, siendo una niña quise que fuera a su tamaño a pesar de que me fue excelente con una bicicleta más grande a mí de niño, pero sé que las cosas de antes no la hacían tan desechables como las de ahora así que mantuve mi postura de que la mía, será de ella cuando crezca.
Tuve que desempolvar mi vieja caja de herramientas ya que venía desarmada y me toco armarla y engrasarla casi desde 0, volví a recordar mis tiempos de adolescencia cuando casi siempre le hacía mantenimiento a la mía y recordé buenos tiempos de mi niñez manejando esa bici.
Solo esperando que mi hija pueda hacer su propia historia y que a partir de ese 25 de diciembre cuando ya la tenga en su poder pueda aprovecharla al máximo y tenga tan bonitos recuerdos como yo los tuve a su edad.
Many years ago, during the Christmas season, my parents gave me a bicycle that was too big for me to ride. It was difficult for me to handle because it seemed enormous at the time, and even with training wheels, I kept falling off.
This turned out to be a good thing in the long run, as I was able to continue using that bike even as an adult. Although it is still in good condition, I will leave it for my daughter, who is just starting to grow up. The truth is that in order to keep that bike in good condition, I had to buy a toolbox very similar to the one in this week's image, and by mere coincidence, I had to use it again just yesterday.
Now that we are parents to a 4-year-old girl, my wife and I have decided to give her a bike too. Since she is a girl, I wanted it to be her size, even though I did just fine with a bike that was too big for me when I was a kid. But I know that things weren't as disposable back then as they are now, so I stuck to my guns and decided that mine will be hers when she grows up.
I had to dust off my old toolbox because it came unassembled, and I had to put it together and oil it almost from scratch. I remembered my teenage years when I almost always did maintenance on mine, and I remembered the good times of my childhood riding that bike.
I just hope that my daughter can make her own history and that, starting on December 25, when she finally has it in her possession, she can make the most of it and have as many beautiful memories as I had at her age.
