En esta oportunidad les comparto un recuerdo familiar, fue en una época de carnaval, nos reunimos mi mamá, los tíos, los primos y el más importante... el abuelo Naty. Y nos fuimos para la playa "los cocos" cerca del morro de Puerto Santo en el estado Sucre, Venezuela. ¡Que día tan bonito!

In this opportunity I share with you a family memory, it was during carnival time, my mom, uncles, cousins and the most important one... grandpa Naty. And we went to the beach "Los Cocos" near the hill of Puerto Santo in the state of Sucre, Venezuela. What a beautiful day!
Ese día nos reunimos en casa del abuelo para ir todos juntos a la playa, íbamos en varios carros, porque estábamos casi todos, era la oportunidad de disfrutar la unión de la familia, así que nos alistamos con cosas para hacer un sancocho de jurel en la playa, reverbero, olla gigante, las verduras, los aliños, el pescado, zumbi verde, bastante limón y bastantes platos y cubiertos para repartir a la tropa. Las mujeres nos pusimos enseguida a pelar las verduras y cortar los aliños, los hombres prendieron el reverbero y montaron la olla con agua, cortaron empacado y cuando rompió a hervir el agua, metieron la verduras, los aliños, el zumbi y cuando todo estuvo casi listo, se le echo el pescado, se le exprimió limón y se dejo hervir nuevamente y después se apagó y se dejó reposar.

Mientras los demás estaban bañándose en la playa, disfrutando del frescor de agua y cuidando de los más pequeños, estabamos otros sentados en la orilla conversando y disfrutando de unas cervecitas frías y a la vez echándole más ojos a los más pequeños, que se estaban orilla, ellos son prioridad.
While the others were bathing on the beach, enjoying the cool water and taking care of the little ones, we were sitting on the shore chatting and enjoying a few cold beers and at the same time keeping an eye on the little ones, who were on the shore, they are the priority.
Después nos pusimos a dar de comer a los que no se estaban bañando, pues una vez que comieran, por seguridad, no se pueden volver a meter, así que estuvimos un rato muy agradable en familia. Allí se echaron los chistes, se recuerdan a los que ya no están, se echan broma unos a otros, se recuerdan las travesuras y se planea que es lo que vamos a hacer más tarde. Por supuesto como era carnaval, era volver a ir a ver las comparsas.

There we made jokes, remembered those who are no longer there, joked with each other, remembered the pranks and planned what we were going to do later.
