We are back here to recount an activity that took place on April 27th of this year in the city of Barquisimeto - Venezuela. If you have been following our trail, you will know that we have dedicated ourselves to field marketing, being present in different areas of society, education, business, technology, communication, among others.
Let's review some relevant data of this particular activity.
Organization
This event served as a springboard for the launch of the pilot project "Hive Motion Sports League" a movement that aims to engage local communities in the exciting global era of Hive. Hive Motion Sports League encourages sports participation, connects communities and promotes the adoption of blockchain technology.
It is opportune to highlight that this activity was sponsored and closely monitored by @valueplan and @actifit, the latter lent their platform composed of their website, their Dapps and
their educational material for everything related to the adoption process.
The event covered some specific aspects that are planned, executed and evaluated, before during and after the actual date of the activity.

The event was organized by the team of the witness @hispapro, @tsunsica, @crisch23, @kreuter2022, @robert.querales, @edgarlopz24, @saravm82, @omarqm and myself @yonnathang. After the formation of the team, it remains to delegate the functions equally so that each one is responsible for the specific aspects that must be resolved to have everything ready and the event is developed at the foot of the planning.
As is always expected, the company of the city's hivers did not wait to be part of the dynamics and collaborate in what was required in some of the passages of the day. Thanks to @mariiale1979 and @joheredia21 for being present and supporting from their possibilities.

One of the main activities was the workshop by @tsunsica who gave the task of explaining in detail why to use Hive, also explained how to create an account from the tool provided by the @actifit team, in addition, accompanied the process to download the @actifit smartphone application and how to share the reports of daily physical activities performed.
Networking
This type of face-to-face activities, always makes available to meet and connect with new people that in some cases can be important connections to further carve this path of mass adoption of Hive technology.
In particular, we made contact with the owners of "Centauros Gym", one of the most important sporting venues in the city, who was very interested. On the other hand, we connected with the head of operations of Ven911 system in charge of everything related to the civil protection of the city who put at the disposal of his detachment to give workshops and advice on the use of Hive's social networks.
As well as these, we have a series of contacts that we will explore in the future in order to develop new educational activities on the web3.
Reach in conventional social networks
Twitter: Two tweets were made, obtained more than 5000 impressions and more than 700 interactions.
Instagram: two reels were published, reached more than 5100 accounts and more than 90 accounts interacted.
Complementary activities
The event was loaded with many special emotions, among these the presentation of the musical group @cuatrolarense who gave a show worthy of all their presentations, they played their new songs and told us about their medium and long term plans where of course Hive plays a leading role.
We were also part of the dance therapy developed by SaraShow, which will soon be added to our community. Sara stood out, made everyone dance and loosen up their muscles in an afternoon that was about to end.
Finally, the awards ceremony was held for each of the participating categories in both genders, male and female. They were entertained with merchandise and promotional material from Hive, Actifit and Hispapro.
Impact
This activity was selected for the launch of the "Hive Motion Sports League" a pilot project that represents an innovative initiative that fuses sports excellence with Web3 principles. The main objective is to broaden the adoption of our Hive technology, thus setting a new standard in the way athletes participate, compete, are rewarded and make use of their digital assets.
The sports gym "@ForceToGrow", in the coming days, will officially announce the use of HBD as a form of exchange for the goods and services they offer. Gym membership, sporting goods, dietary supplements, among others.
We are excited about what is to come, the focus is to continue betting on the evolution of the ecosystem so that our community continues to strengthen with the addition of the different actors of society.

Estamos aquí de vuelta para hacer un recuento de una actividad que se desarrolló el pasado 27 de abril del presente año en la ciudad de Barquisimeto - Venezuela. Si has seguido nuestro rastro, sabrás que nos hemos dedicado a hacer marketing de campo haciendo presencia en los diferentes ámbitos de la sociedad, educativos, empresariales, tecnológicos, comunicacional, entre otros.
Revisemos algunos datos relevantes de esta actividad en particular.
Organización
Este evento sirvió de trampolín para el lanzamiento del proyecto piloto "Hive Motion Sports League" un movimiento que tiene como objetivo involucrar a las comunidades locales en la emocionante era global de Hive. Hive Motion Sports League fomenta la participación deportiva, conecta comunidades y promueve la adopción de la tecnología blockchain.
Es oportuno resaltar que esta actividad fue patrocinado y monitoreado de cerca por @valueplan y @actifit, estos últimos prestaron su plataforma compuesta por su página web, su Dapps y
su material educacional para todo lo relacionado con el proceso de adopción.
El evento cubrió algunos aspectos específicos que se planifican, se ejecutan y se evalúan, antes durante y después de la fecha real de la actividad.

El evento fue organizado por el equipo del testigo @hispapro, @tsunsica, @crisch23, @kreuter2022, @robert.querales, @edgarlopz24, @saravm82, @omarqm y mi persona @yonnathang. Luego de la conformación del equipo, resta delegar las funciones de forma equitativa para que cada uno se haga responsable de los aspectos específicos que se deben resolver para tener todo a punto y el evento se desarrolle al pie de la planificación.
Como siempre es de esperar, la compañía de los hivers de la ciudad no se hicieron esperar para formar parte de la dinámica y colaborar en lo que se requiera en algunos de los pasajes del día. Agradecer a @mariiale1979 y a @joheredia21 por estar presente y apoyar desde sus posibilidades.
Ponencia
Una de las actividades principales fue el workshop a cargo de @tsunsica quien se dio la tarea de explicar a detalle, porque utilizar Hive, también explico como crear una cuenta desde la herramienta proporcionada por el equipo de @actifit, además, acompañó el proceso para descargar la aplicación para smartphone de @actifit y como compartir los reportes de las actividades físicas diarias realizadas.

Este tipo de actividades presenciales, siempre pone a disposición el conocer y conectar con personas nuevas que en algunos casos pueden ser conexiones importantes para seguir labrando este camino de adopción masiva de la tecnología de Hive.
En particular hicimos contacto con los dueños de "Centauros Gym", uno de los locales deportivos más importante de la ciudad y que se mostro bastante interesado. Por otro lado, conectamos con el jefe de operaciones de sistema Ven911 en cargados de todo lo referente a la protección civil de la ciudad quien puso a la orden su destacamento para dictar talleres y asesorías referente al uso de las redes sociales de Hive.
Así como estos, tenemos una serie de contactos que más adelante vamos a explorar para concretar nuevas actividades educativas en sobre la web3.

El evento estuvo cargado de muchas emociones especiales, entre estas la presentación de la agrupación musical @cuatrolarense quienes brindaron un espectáculo digno de todas sus presentaciones, hicieron sonar sus nuevas canciones y nos comentaron de sus planes a mediano y largo plazo en donde por su puesto Hive juega un papel preponderante.
También fuimos parte de la bailoterapia desarrollada por SaraShow, que pronto se sumara a nuestra comunidad. Sara se destacó, puso a todos a bailar y soltar los músculos en una tarde que estaba por terminarse.
Para finalizar, se llevó el acto de premiación de cada una de las categorías participantes en ambos géneros, masculino y femenino. Estos fueron agasajados con merch y material promocional de Hive, Actifit y de Hispapro.
Impacto
Esta actividad fue seleccionada para el realizar el lanzamiento de "Hive Motion Sports League" un proyecto piloto que representa una iniciativa innovadora que fusiona la excelencia deportiva con los principios de la Web3. El objetivo principal es ampliar la adopción de nuestra de la tecnología de Hive, estableciendo así un nuevo estándar en la manera en que los atletas participan, compiten, son recompensados y hacen uso de sus activos digitales.
El gimnasio deportivo "@ForceToGrow", en los próximos días, anunciará oficialmente el uso del HBD como forma de intercambio por los bienes y servicios que ofrecen. Suscripción al gimnasio, artículos deportivos, suplementos alimenticios, entre otros.
Estamos emocionados por lo que está por venir, el enfoque es seguir apostando a la evolución del ecosistema para que nuestra comunidad se continúe fortaleciendo con la suma de los diferentes actores de la sociedad.

Muy bonita actividad de la que participe, percibí el gran trabajo en equipo que hicieron en el evento,el taller impartido a todos lo presentes sobre Hive y la aplicación @actifit permitió conocer más del ecosistema y sus dapp, los atletas atentos a las indicaciones, buen trabajo @yonnathang éxito, me fui feliz de evento cuando termino.
