Cómo les mencioné en mi post de presentación no tengo experiencia en las redes y no uso mucho los dispositivos electrónicos ( llámese teléfono, computadora, tableta) pero impulsado por mis amigos , incursione en Hive . unos días antes de abrir mi cuenta Hive , jmartinezp y @ferbu, me hablaron de una reunión que iba realizarse a principios de julio y me invitó jmartinezp a ella, con el paso de los días fue creciendo mis expectativas ya que mis conversaciones con el abrían el deseo de estar presente.
As I mentioned in my introductory post I have no experience in networking and I do not use electronic devices (call it phone, computer, tablet) but prompted by my friends, I ventured into Hive. A few days before opening my Hive account, jmartinezp and @ferbu, told me about a meeting that was to be held in early July and jmartinezp invited me to it, as the days went by my expectations were growing as my conversations with him opened the desire to be present.
Llegó el dia 3/7/2022 me dirigí al hotel Lorenzana , con la mente en, qué podría aprender yo allí? mientras esperaba que comenzará la reunión , me di cuenta que muchas de las personas presentes eran personas conocidas , ósea se fue disipando lo que en relaciones humanas se conoce , como el elefante blanco o miedo escénico. Hubo un pequeño retraso ya que algunos de los moderadores que venían de la capital Barcelona tuvieron unos inconvenientes pará llegar , pero el ver cómo los demás esperaban con confianza ,me motivo a tener paciencia y la calma , que bueno que fue así ya que lo que vino después se convirtió en algo que merece decir “valió la pena” ya que la forma en que los responsables de darnos la información y capacitación se esmeraron en ,dirigirnos en un viaje a lo desconocido ,de tal manera que parecía que estaba , que ya había estado allí.
Arrived the day 3/7/2022 I went to the hotel Lorenzana, with the mind in, what could I learn there? while waiting for the meeting to begin, I realized that many of the people present were known people, so it was dissipating what in human relations is known as the white elephant or stage fright. There was a small delay because some of the moderators who came from the capital Barcelona had some inconveniences to arrive, but seeing how the others waited with confidence, I was motivated to have patience and calm, good that it was so because what came after became something worth saying "was worth it" because the way in which those responsible for giving us the information and training were careful to, lead us on a journey into the unknown, so that it seemed that I was, that I had already been there.
La primera presentadora @Sangiset se encargo de darnos la bienvenida y comenzó con presentarnos a todos , tanto invitados como presentadores o moderadores ,ella nos motivo a sentirnos cómo parte de Hive y nos ayudó a ver qué no importaba lo que, no sabíamos, sino lo que estaba delante de nosotros y ellos estaban interesados a enseñarnos y ayudarnos a ver qué aunque no tuviéramos ninguna experiencia o si la había, podíamos abrirnos paso y además nos mostraron como crecer en Hive. El siguiente moderador @Enrique89 nos dio una explicación sencilla pero sustanciosa de lo que es Hive y la web3 con su espontanea forma nos fue haciendo preguntas para que igual que la anterior presentadora, nos hicieron sentir parte del evento, fue pasando de un punto a otro haciendo que nuestra mente fuera uniendo y viendo la relación que había entre Hive y la web3 , porque nos era provechoso estar en Hive y los motivos para ello , también nos mostró las ventajas de la descentralización.
The first presenter @Sangiset was in charge of welcoming us and started with introducing us all, both guests and presenters or moderators, she motivated us to feel like part of Hive and helped us to see that it did not matter what we did not know, but what was in front of us and they were interested in teaching us and helping us to see that even if we had no experience or if there was, we could make our way and also showed us how to grow in Hive. The next moderator@Enrique89 gave us a simple but substantial explanation of what is Hive and the web3 with his spontaneous way was asking us questions so that like the previous presenter, made us feel part of the event, he went from one point to another making our mind was joining and seeing the relationship between Hive and web3, because it was profitable to be in Hive and the reasons for it, he also showed us the advantages of decentralization.
Luego vino @Victoriabsb la abogada ellas nos hablo de las reglas escritas esas que vemos al entrar a Hive y que se nos aconseja leer , también nos hablo de Hive y su relación con las blockchain o viceversa, con su carisma nos mostró lo importante de cada aspecto, hizo referencia a las fronteras y como utilizarlas sacando provecho de ellas, le tocó ahora hablar de las reglas no escritas esas que aunque no están plasmadas nuestra intuición nos debe llevar a respetar, como cada cuanto tiempo podemos postear y lo importante que supiéramos usar nuestros Hive Ya en este punto la experiencia fue dando forma en la mente, de las ventajas y también las responsabilidades que tenemos al formar parte de la comunidad Hive.
Then came @Victoriabsb the lawyer, she talked about the written rules that we see when entering Hive and that we are advised to read, she also talked about Hive and its relationship with the blockchain or vice versa, with her charisma she showed us the importance of each aspect, she made reference to the borders and how to use them taking advantage of them, Now it was his turn to talk about the unwritten rules that although they are not written down our intuition should lead us to respect, like how often we can post and how important it is that we know how to use our Hive. At this point the experience was shaping our minds, the advantages and also the responsibilities that we have to be part of the Hive community.
Ya llegó la hora del receso y la parte sabrosa si el refrigerio ,ah pero antes de salir @Sangiset nos motivo a tomarnos una selfie y subirla a las redes, especialmente Twitter y habría un incentivo por ello . El refrigerio nos sirvió no solo pará relajarnos sino que también lo aprovechamos para relacionarnos y hablar un poco de la experiencia de estar allí con otras personas conocidas y no conocidas.
It was time for the break and the tasty part if the snack, ah but before leaving @Sangiset motivated us to take a selfie and upload it to the networks, especially Twitter and there would be an incentive for it. The snack served us not only to relax but we also took advantage of it to socialize and talk a little of the experience of being there with other people known and not known.
De regreso a clases nos toca recibir a uno de los presentadores más peculiar que he visto @jonsnow1983, antes de empezar a dar su charla motivacional e instrucciones hizo unas flexiones si se lanzó al piso y comenzó a ejercitarse, mientras lo hacía nos explicaba que tenía miedo escénico y así se relajaba, ah pero a la hora de explicar y dar argumentos de porque hacer algo lo hacía claro y entendible y con ejemplos.
Back to school we have to receive one of the most peculiar presenters I've seen @jonsnow1983, before starting to give his motivational talk and instructions he did some push-ups if he threw himself on the floor and began to exercise, while doing so he explained that he had stage fright and so he relaxed, ah but when it came to explain and give arguments why to do something he made it clear and understandable and with examples.
Nos explico que es una comunidad y como nos beneficia estar en ella , luego lo relaciono con Hive y nos hablo de algunas comunidades de Hive y la ventaja de usar las comunidades de la forma apropiada para crecer en ellas ,nos hizo referencia de algunas ventajas de utilizar comunidades dónde nuestros post puedan ser vistos @jonsnow realmente nos movió a acción y nos enseñó como y donde colocar nuestros post ,nos mostró que nuestro elefante blanco ,es vencible.
He explained what a community is and how it benefits us to be in it, then he related it to Hive and told us about some Hive communities and the advantage of using communities in the proper way to grow in them, he made reference to some advantages of using communities where our posts can be seen @jonsnow really moved us to action and showed us how and where to place our posts, he showed us that our white elephant is beatable.
Luego vino nuevamente @Victoriabsb nos hablo de lo importante que es mantenernos activos y como nuestro blog habla de nuestra imagen, para lograr tener una buena imagen necesitamos prepararnos ,no queriendo decir que no podemos ir haciendo nuestros post mientras nos capacitamos , ella nos mostró que tenemos distintas herramientas, está nuestro don , motivación, también tenemos herramientas físicas e intelectuales en fin todos los medios posibles para nuestro desarrollo , redes sociales, distintas comunidades . Después siguió Victoria, nos hablo de los NFT y las ventajas de usarlos, especialmente los artistas y como se protege sus creaciones con ellos, dando una protección y certificación a sus contenidos.
Then came again @Victoriabsb spoke to us about how important it is to keep us active and how our blog speaks of our image, to achieve a good image we need to prepare ourselves ,not meaning that we can not go doing our post while we train ourselves , she showed us that we have different tools, there is our gift , motivation, we also have physical and intellectual tools in short all possible means for our development , social networks, different communities . Then Victoria continued, she talked about the NFT and the advantages of using them, especially the artists and how to protect their creations with them, giving protection and certification to their content.
Al finalizar las charlas, vinieron los incentivos para todos aquellos que participamos activamente y contestamos algunas preguntas realizadas en las charlas fue una tarde productiva y gratificante.
At the end of the lectures, incentives were given to all those who actively participated and answered some of the questions raised in the lectures, it was a productive and rewarding afternoon.
No puedo finalizar este post sin darle las gracias a todos aquellos que de una u otra forma lo hicieron posible . @ferbu en los arreglos y cordinación de el establecimiento ,a cada uno de los moderadores e instructores que dedicaron tiempo valioso en ayudar a un grupo de personas a seguir motivados a estar y crecer en Hive, también a @latino.romano y especialmente al responsable de que se realizará @Guiltyparties.
