Write a scene where wind plays an important role.

If time had been more flexible I might have made it to catch the train, but the wind blew my hat off with a sudden gust and it tumbled down the sidewalk and onto the road. Just as I reached down to grab it my ankle cracked and I fell face-first onto the roadway. I hardly caught my breath when the pain signals reached my brain and I pushed myself up from the asphalt quickly to get out of the way of oncoming traffic. My hat was already half-across the roadway and I knew if I didn't chase after it, my hat would be long gone. I held my cheek, now road-rashed and bleeding, and with painful hurry I ran quickly across the street and spotted my hat tumbling into the median where a puddle waited to drench it. I fell to my knees and lunged forward downhill to grab my hat just as it was about to get wet. And now I have to walk because I missed the train.
