Hello from Bursa today, folks!
I am in Turkey again. Today is Sunday, everything is closed and stopped. This small cozy town beneath the mountain range is absolutely empty.
But we are on wheels, and mountains are right there. Oh, I miss them soo very much.
As we're tourists, have passports with us and we did tests (negative, of course), we are allowed a little bit more than locals.
We passed few police posts and drove up to mountain pick Uludag. Could I miss that opportunity?
I've never seen yellow crocuses before. They are gorgeous! 🌱
And I've met this terrific İnkaya Tarihi Cinar - a huge Plane Tree. I never ever saw such a big tree before. It is more than 600 years old! Height 37 meters, crown diameter 53 m, circumference 10 m. WOW! But you never feel these numbers before observe its huge branches in real... I am still amazed 😃
View of Bursa. As I said, the day was gloomy. But those bright flowers made my day 😊😇🥰
While my daughter and I are lookicg for a women's room (bayan), our car is beeing watched and guarded 😄
Now, when we're back in our cold appartment suites, I turned on heating system, settled on a sofa under warm blanket, and eating the most delicious ice cream with my first strawberry in this season 😉
Make a pause, take a breath and have a good Sunday!
It looks a nice and quite place! Just to know, like you I've never seen Yellow crocuses before 😊
They are so sweet, but even.more I was amused by the fact they grow in wild. I knew that there are lots of colors that crow in gardens, created by science and humans, but here they are wild.
By the way, before today, the most unforgettable crocuses in my life I met in your country, in Amalfi on Path Of Gods. Those flowers were really big and bright, still the biggest I've ever seen 🥰
Thank you for dropping by!
Thank you, dear @ackhoo, and the team!
You're very welcome, @zirochka! :)
Wow. The tree stood more than 600 years. That's amazing
A very lucky tree 😄
