Feeling Good. #Phone Photography Contest Round 19

Hello friends, hope we are feeling good. This post is in response to a contest organized in the #Feel Good Community. I must believe you are aware of the #Phone Photography Contest. This is the week 19. If you are not in the contest already, follow this link

We feel good with what we are doing that soothes our passion. When one does what one likes and cherishes, one will be happy. When you are happy you are really feeling good.

The irony about the issue of feeling good lies on the fact that many many of our younger generation spend their time wasting their lives in the name of feeling good. How do you feel good consuming substances that kill your sell and senses?

The pictures I captured with my phone which I am using for this #phonography are the of a jungle along the lapidating railway line in Ilorin city of Kwara State, Nigeria. There are several joints there which harbours some ill-fated elements. At that axis you will find prostitutes and touts. You will find boys who absconded from school and resorted to smoking and drinking all sort of harmful substances.

These guys and ladies engage in this illicit acts in the name of enjoyment. To them, there are feeling good. But I think such is not the right way to feel good.

Feel good doing what will build up your personality effectively and rightly, physically, mentally and spiritually.

Physically, engage in regular exercises and be not lazy. Engage yourself in useful and productive work.

Mentally, read mind building and vision driving, motivational books.

Spiritually, relate with your God rightly through good and profitable spiritual activities. In my case, I pray, I read my Bible and I worship my God daily.
