I'm back with this cell phone photography challenge, sharing the latest family summer photos I took with my phone.
Summer in Cuba is always hot, but this year the temperatures reached alarming levels. So we all looked for ways to cool off and, at the same time, provide the kids with some fun.
In a small backyard pool, my daughter Abigail and her friends spent the hottest hours of the day. Who knows how many lasting and beautiful friendships were forged during those days?
This year, Abby became a little more confident in the water, because she had always been quite timid. Now she dares to submerge her head, hold her breath, and even open her eyes underwater. She's become a mini-pool champion! Jjjj

Regreso a esta convocatoria de fotografía celular con las últimas imágenes del verano familiar capturadas con mi teléfono.
El verano en Cuba es siempre caluroso, pero este año las temperaturas alcanzaron niveles alarmantes. Así que todos buscamos alguna alternativa para refrescar y, de paso, proporcionar a los niños opciones de divertimento.
En una pequeña piscina de patio mi hija Abigail y sus amiguitos pasaban las horas más cálidas del día. Quién sabe cuántos duraderos y hermosos lazos de amistad se crearon en esos días.
Este año Abby se "soltó" un poco más en el agua, porque la verdad siempre había sido bastante temerosa. Ahora ya se atreve a hundir la cabeza, aguantar la respiración y aún a abrir los ojos debajo del agua. Se ha vuelto una campeona de mini piscina jjjj.
