I recently published a post where I showed you the northern lights I saw about a week ago, you can find the post here if you missed it On the Chase of Northern Lights. I also, told that I took some videos of aurora in action and now I have put together a short, 1-minute video.

The first clips are really grainy because to get a live video I had to pump up the ISO setting up to a whopping 102 000 ISO. The result is not too pleasant but you can clearly see how northern lights are dancing in the sky. I sped up the videoclips by 3x to make it more apparent.

Clips at the end of the video are taken as a time-lapse video the other night when the aurora activity wasnt as high as the first night but it was still visible and dancing in the sky. I slowed these clips down about 40% because I only got around 7 seconds of footage per clip after every 25 minutes of capturing.

The music track in the video,
Scorz, Silvio Soul - Laroc

Enjoy!

That made me so wanting to see it on my own eyes; but until then it is just a dream. This video is so amazing. I love how the light dances...plus the relaxing music in it. 😍😍😍

Great that you liked the video. Certainly one of the nicest things is to see aurora in person. Hope you do at some point.

So awesome… beautiful capture of the dancing aurora 😎
Thanks for sharing.

Thank you! It is quit nice and fun to capture too.

You are welcome 👋🏻😊
Have a wonderful Sunday!

Excellent work, the last time I saw the aurora was on a flight back to England from Canada, sadly the weather wasn't on my side to see them this year as the sky was completely blanketed with cloud. Thanks again for the great work, its mesmerising to watch.

Yeah, the weather often ruins the visibility to see. Fortunately, March and April are much better in terms if the weather. Hoping to get some more chances before summer.
