Wow! This is really interesting.. when I saw the title I couldn't just skip it but had to read it word by word.

I totally agree with you that there are lots of people who have worked their ass out but have nothing to show of their hard work and in My own words I think it's also about working smart. There are people who must have been in a company for years but then a junior staff arrives and because of smartness brings up something the company appreciates, honestly I tell you that they'll so love the new staff more than the old one who couldn't give any idea. Whether or not we are followers, I think we shouldn't just depend on what we're told we should try sharing ideas too.
