Ingredients:🍮
For Caramel:
1.Sugar – ½ cup
2.Water – 2 tablespoons
For Pudding:
1.Milk – 2 cups
2.Eggs – 2
3.Sugar – ½ cup (adjust to taste)
4.Vanilla essence – ½ teaspoon.
Process:🍮😋
1.First, take a pan and add sugar and water.
2.Cook on low heat until the sugar melts and turns golden brown.
3.Pour the caramel into a pudding mould or bowl and spread it evenly. Set it aside.
In another bowl, add eggs and sugar. Whisk well.
4.Add milk and vanilla essence. Mix gently.
Strain the mixture to make the pudding smooth.
5.Pour the mixture into the caramel-coated mould.
6.Cover the mould with foil.
7.Steam or bake the pudding:
Steaming: Steam for 30–35 minutes
Baking: Bake at 160°C for 40–45 minutes.
8.Let the pudding cool completely.
9.Refrigerate for a few hours.
10.Demould and serve chilled.
