Today I will make potato chutney.
There is no one who can say that he does not like potatoes.
Everyone, big or small, likes potatoes.
Potato is a vegetable that can be used in all kinds of curries.
Potato can be called a type of vegetarian vegetable.

Ingredients for making potato chutney 7
A few potatoes, according to quantity
I eat a lot of salt so I took a lot of dried peppers ,,,
Then
Two onions ,,,,, and salt according to quantity.

I bought some potatoes,
I took the potatoes and cut them into two pieces in the middle.
I cut all the potatoes in that way.
I cut the potatoes and soaked them in water.
Because after cutting the potato, the potato turns black.

I washed the potatoes well.
I put it in a pot and put it in the oven to boil ...
I boiled it for about 30 minutes.
When boiling potatoes, give the same amount of water.
Because if there is water in the potato, it does not taste good to eat chutney.

When the potatoes are cooked, take them out of the oven.
I put it in a bay for cold air.
If it is not cold, I will not be able to peel the potatoes.
This time
I fried it with a little oil with dried chillies.
When the frying pan turned black, I took it down and left it for cold air.

I chopped two onions.
I rubbed the pepper and onion pieces well with salt.

I put it on the stove and put it in the oven.
I fried the potato chutney with oil.
I fried it for 5 minutes in a good way
When the potato chutney turned red, I took it off the stove.
This time I served it ...
If you make potato chutney in this way, it tastes very good ...
