Today I went to attend an interview with Daraz, the largest e-commerce company of Bangladesh. Last week, I sent my resume to this company and today they called me for the interview.

In this year, it is the first time I have attended any interview. A few days ago, another company called me for an interview. I couldn't attend that interview because of my newborn baby. I asked that company to schedule another date for that interview. They told me that they would call me later, but have not yet. That was also a good company and I expected that, given my situation, they would understand and give me another date.
However, today I attended the interview at Daraz. It was a good experience for me. I enjoyed their questions and attitude. I thought they would ask me academic-related questions, but instead they asked me about my life, dreams, my personal life, and my newborn baby. They made a little small talk with me about parenting. One of the interviewers even suggested some tips about good and bad parenting.
Last year, I attended 5-6 interviews and 4 of the companies called me to join their company. I joined 3 of them, but after a few months, I left those companies as they did not suit me. I wanted something more challenging, so when I worked as a merchandiser at a garments factory, it was more challenging. But due to some personal reasons, I had to leave that job. Now I am missing those memories.
However, I think I will get the job at Daraz which I attended an interview for today. My job location would be Brahmanbaria. It will be a challenging job for me. I hope I will gain more new experience in my professional life. But if I don't get a call from them to join their company, I will have to take another decision.
It is true that I need a job badly at this moment. I have the confidence that I will get one. However, I sometimes feel mentally pressured as well. Joining and leaving jobs one after another is not a good habit, as it can damage one's professional reputation. Therefore, I am determined to stay with the job I will get now.
