No, #bdvoter and #bdcommunity have no voting bot. They curate posts manually. You should not mention them in your post. When you will post an article on the #bdcommunity page, the community moderator will curate your post.
Let you inform another thing, #bdvoter personally has a curation team and most of the time #bdvoter voted based on the curation of @bdvoter.cur.
