God preaches generosity...He demonstrated it and lived it. He showed it and also allowed Jesus to model it. The greatest level of giving ever is what God did...give us Jesus.

There is no greater generosity than that and everyone who claim to be his followers should understand this by now. The fact remains that we aren't just in the world for ourselves, we have a bigger purpose that's beyond just us.
We are not in the world for ourselves. We shouldn't live for ourselves. A worthy life is a life that makes a difference to other lives.
God gave us the greatest level of giving - His only begotten son. God gave us, Jesus gave us and who are we not to give if we claim we love?
