I totally disagree with what you said. I am a United fan, I have every right to detest Liverpool but that yesterday's match, Tottenham already set themselves up for failure with their approach.
Played to their strength? This same team that beat United black and blue with attacking football?
Nah! This is not an objective analysis. Yes, we know Mourinho to always play like this, fair to him and yes, Tottenham had to play like this because this is the closest they have been in recent years to the title but saying Liverpool knew they did not deserve to win is a bit bias.
Football is a result business and if you can't fault Tottenham for their defensive approach IF they had won, you should never downplay another team's persistence and pressure to nick the win at the end. It is clear you are a Chelsea fan which is why you are sticking with Mourinho due to your affliation. Analysis of the match should be fair and open.
I am not sticking with Mourinho but I think his team deserves more than what they got from the match up.
I disagree with this. they came up with a perfect game plan and the wastefulness of the spurs team made it unsuccessful.
