A Thankful Heart.

Why is it so difficult for us as humans to always complain than yo be contented? It the amount of times we complain about things, if we use the same amount of time to be grateful, it would reduce the amount of time we complain or the things we complain about.

There is a connection between our gratitude and our attitude. If we can find time to focus on the things that has worked up till now, then our faith can increase to know that we should be grateful. The God that has helped us up till now won't take His foot off the gas.

Giving thanks to God is giving honour to the source of all things. The Bible told us what do we have that we have not received? If we have received it, why do we boast as though we had not? Giving thanks is an application also for the next because it shows unflinching faith in God's ability to deliver again since he has been the One we have acknowledged till now.

Gratitude is a state of the heart and even Jesus asked the only leper that came back with gratitude; "Were ten not cleansed? Where are the other nine?" Gratitude keeps us humble knowing we acknowledged that we didn't do it all by ourselves.

There is always something to be grateful for...it only depends on the angle at which you are looking at it and your expectations. It's human not to be grateful because we feel we have everything all figured out. We are to give thanks in all things because God is still God in good and bad times. When you keep thanking God, He will come through for you.

A transformed life begins with obedience to God. There is always something in the Word of God which we need to remind ourselves of, which must be done. An attitude of gratitude will turn your life into the beatitudes. A grateful heart is all that is needed to see more of God at work. It takes only a heart deep in thoughts to see the goodness of God all around and be grateful for it.

What are you grateful for? Switch your approach from complaining to see the things He has done and let that fuel you to stay in faith and see things turn around with a positive approach and mindset.

Thank you for your time.

Thank you so much. Deeply appreciate this.

Complaining always actually prevents us from seeing the great things happening in our lives and there is no way we can be inspired to push for more in life.

Judging by my journey in life, I can confidently say that practicing gratitude has really helped me a lot. Aside from being content, it helps me hold a lot of value to the beautiful things in my life.

Practicing gratitude sure helps to be honest. It changes our approach and increases our faith.

Very great writing friend, we should always be grateful at all times of our life, is how you have to see more the glass half full than half empty, there is no evil that lasts a hundred years and keep us faithful to God in every circumstance that we have to face, thanks for sharing this great post, happy start of the week brother ♥

As for me, I always love to work with what I have and that’s why no matter how poor my situation may seem to be, I don’t ever complain
I always look for the way forward

Always look forward...trust God and do what's expected of you. I love that. Nice one, dear.

My grandmother told me, you don't always have to ask GOD, you also have to offer him, so every day I offer the Lord what I will do when I get up, we must always please him.
I wish you a happy night

True words!!

Shifting our focus to a more positive dimension, not submitting to our pessimistic self is quite important in life. Complaining does nothing and changes nothing. We should learn to work harder while praying and hoping for the best with an open optimistic heart.
