My greatest desire this year, is to find the right association that desperately wants to succeed. One's group goes a long way, in fact it is way effective than anything else. Because even if you are not really the motivated type, seeing people around you trying to succeed will encourage the person.

Exactly, they motivate and inspire you to success without you even knowing because you only trying to up your class to their standard.
