Reconciliation is always the best option to solve personal problems against another. Be it your relative, your friend, or your workmate, reconciliation during times of misunderstanding helps both parties grow and understand one another much better. However, there are times when reconciliation is impossible. Situations like when someone has done a grave offense against you makes reconciliation very hard to reach.
