I hope everyone is healthy. Friends, today I am sharing a completely new recipe among you. In today's recipe, I brought for you a delicious dish from rural Bengal which is a great way to fry sweet pumpkin with taki fish. But we Bengalis are very tasty and attracted to different foods. So we try to eat the foods that are tasty.

Especially in rural Bengal, the new method of cooking cooked hands tastes like sticking to the mouth. And the greed for such delicious food continues to grow. As a Bengali, I am usually very interested in eating delicious and different flavored village food. I have presented to you a familiar food of the village. You can see how sweet pumpkin peel can be fried with taki fish.

Sweet Pumpkin Peel Frying Ingredients:

★ 1 sweet pumpkin peel
★ 4-5 taki fish
★ 1 cup chopped onion
★ 1 crushed garlic
Salt and turmeric to taste
★ Quantity of cooking oil
★ 2 tablespoons cumin paste

How to fry sweet pumpkin peel:

👉First I washed some sweet pumpkin peel and cut it to size.👇

👉Then I chopped 2 potatoes.👇

👉I took 4-5 taki fish to enhance the taste.👇

👉I took all the ingredients in a pan.👇

👉Boil for 7-8 minutes from medium.👇

Originally I saw this recipe from my grandmother. And I really like this dish and it's delicious to eat. Friends try to cook and taste this rustic recipe of mine at home. I hope you will like it.
