Everyone in my family loves to eat it. So sometimes my mother makes this kind of tikia. Tikia can usually be made with a variety of ingredients. But each ingredient has a different taste. Similarly, the taste of corn tikia is almost different, which is very tasty to eat. And considering the nutritional value, the benefits of corn are not comparable. So I try to eat corn in different ways to benefit the body. Then see how I made tikia with raw corn today.!
Ingredients for making corn tikia:
★ 2 corn
★ 1 cup chopped onion
★ 2 tablespoons garlic paste
★5-6 green peppers
★Tasted to Salt and turmeric
★ 2 tablespoons cumin paste
★ 50 grams of gram flour
★ 100 grams of rice flour
Perfect method of making corn tikia:
👉First I took two corns👇
👉I dropped the corn👇
👉Now I have blended the corn👇
👉I put all the materials together now👇
👉I mixed all the ingredients well👇
👉I put the pan in the oven and took it with oil👇
👉When the oil is hot, I make the tikias with my fingers👇
👉I kept frying all the prepared tikia in oil👇
👉On the one hand, I turned the tikias upside down when they turned brown👇
👉In this way I fried the tikias well on both sides.👇
