Curiosity is a divine gift. An inquisitive mind in the early childhood always worth encouraging. It is considered to be good for the kids as they are in a certain level of understanding and learning the world which is totally unknown to them.

It shows talents and potentials among the children. That is why you might've heard the idea of giving encouragement to the little ones questions. Sometimes the seem pretty sill and sometimes as intelligent as an adult could ask. It is definitely a good findings for the development of a child education.

However, my concerning point is not about the little ones. Rather, I want you to think about the issue for the adult. Curiosity is the thing that drives the explorers to the amazing discoveries they've made. Together a million contributed their merits and skills to build up the civilization we see right now.

Without a mind which has no interest to learn or know a new thing it definitely would not be possible. So, hats off to them. But! Yes, there is a big but on this! I want to share my opinion on the But! mentioned earlier on.

In a child curiosity normally suggests intelligence and is welcomed; but an overinquisitive adult is best avoided.

Sometimes the excessive inquisitive approaches might make problems. Though we all no that excess of anything is certainly not good. Let me give you a simple example; I guess you might easily relate it pretty smoothly.

Imagine a super inquisitive adult who always asks questions. What? Why? How? When? etc. etc. are the most common ones. He never misses to through that type of questions in a group conversations or in a formal meeting. Moreover, the individual may show the symptoms throughout his whole bunch of social and professional communication he is in. Then what might happen! You may wonder!

It is expected an adult should be that person who has the subtle cognitive capabilities to understand and react properly while communicating or just doing his/her usual social or cultural even professional chorus. The adult I've mentioned earlier can be considered as a dumb fellow and a less or negatively down productive individual who can only waste your time as well as intelligence.

I'm sure you surely have met that kind of adults cause they are everywhere. I think this is worth sharing and I know many of you could disagree with my point. But I say think about it deeply. You get it.

However, if your time and intelligence is getting wasted and you see it happening right in front of your eyes. What you do?! I personally try to avoid this type of adults as much as I can. But it impossible to avoid them hundred percent. It is not possible dude!

There's a beautiful phrase in bengali for that. I want to mention it here. উলুবনে মুক্তা ছড়ানো. So, my point is to be careful about the উলুবন when you are spreading মুক্তা.
That's it!

Thank you for your time.

Well i don't know what category i fall in... I get curious most of the time about a lot of things but i get lazy most times to dig deep. Or i just put a bane on them because i don't want to bug someone...

Indeed!
Curiosity is awesome! Only a curious mind can help oneself to acquire knowledge and keep enlightening them thereby.

I have a question though.. I would love to know if an over thinker and a super inquisitive person the same?

First of all, thank you for your query. You are inquisitive I see! 😇
I would say,'super-inquisitive' and 'over-inquisitive' may seem similar in a way though. The first one generally has a positive connotation ; and the second one has a negative one.

I guess it's my amateurish act of choosing such word to describe a crucial discourses and making it oversimplified. 😁😁

But it's been a nice feeling that you've read it and made a valuable feedback.

Thanks for that.
