CRship is like a practice ground of leadership for the future. But it’s true that it takes time for a student who has just entitled for a CR. We can't deny that they have to face lot's of responsibilities. But behavior of a person is a thing which can't be changed by others. Behavior and personality defines a person. A leader should have these quality with a proper decision making ability. This is how one becomes true leader.
You have got the points properly for a person to be a leader. Yes, a leader shouldn’t be weak as well and the most important thing is that he/she must be acceptable to all.

Oh! I really love your contribution here, and of course the behavior of a person can't be changed but don't you think that if the behavior doesn't suit the others, he or she should adapt to at least a little behavioural adjustment so that crises don't arise in the near future?
