Bike tour through alps in southern Germany with several photo spots Part 2/2

}

Hello photography lovers community,

in my last post i showed you the first day of my two day bike tour. This time i will take you with me through the second and last day of this little journey.

I began to bike at around 9am because breakfast in my little hotel was quite late so i had postpone my start. It all started really nice with very little steepness so that i could make a lot of distance. My first stop was in a small monastery called Maria Eck. Unfortunately i did not make a picture there... :(

After that i drove through Siegsdorf, another village in the bavarian alps and shortly after that, the mountain bike tour really began to be a mountain bike tourIMG_20210721_112523.jpg

You cannot really tell how steep this part is on the picture but i can tell you. It was about 500 hm just uphill with no break, no flat part in it (except for the place i was standing when i made this picture). I always had to be in the smallest bike gear i had.

When i finally reached the top i saw a mountain hut and after few minutes realized that i had been here before. Years ago i made a trip with my parents to this place!IMG_20210721_113301.jpg

At this point it was going downhill for the next hour and i could make a few more kilomters. After going up and down for a while i came out of a little forest to a field and this beautiful view: ChiemgauKing_6-00650.jpg

I personally really like this view and the picture of it with this little church. Heres another direction of view:ChiemgauKing_7-00652.jpg

Like an hour later or so i drove by a lake where there should not be a lake. Due to heavy rainfalls in this area over days a small lake was created. The cows could safe themselfes but have to wait now for the water to go back to reach the other side again. You can see them in the middle of the next picture:IMG_20210721_124417.jpg

Even the fence with electricity was partly underwater.

This is the one of my last pictures i made because i was already very exhausted and just wanted to finish the tour and come home. After the lake i showed you before, i needed to climb another mountain. There was a street uphill with a gradient of 20%, which costed me my lasts power.
There was no power left in my legs so i made a break and got myself something to eat on another hut.

Around 400 hm and 40km where still to be driven on the official route. This was way longer then i expected it to be but i finally made it!!
Managed to bike 168 km and 4629 hm in less then two days which means i get a silver crown. (I really do get a crown out of metal in silver look but do not have it yet; I will make another post when i have it!)

So i finished the tour but still had to go home. I also did that by bike..
That is why i ended up to make a little more then 200 km and around 5300 hm in two days.

And, before a question comes up...
Yes i felt my legs after that! At least for two and a half day; But it was worth it!!

I hope you enjoyed this trip of mine :)
Please let me know!
