Hola hola, amigos amantes de las bebidas increibles, en todo el mundo; bienvenidos a mi blog!
Deseo esten teniendo todos una linda semana cargada de bendiciones; los dias avanzan llegamos al mes de abril, todavia estamos en verano, y, el calor sigue intenso; por que se hace necesario hidratarse con bebidas naturales y refrescantes; y, si hablamos de refrescante, es imposible no pensar en un buen vaso de papelon con limon; un a bebida tradicional, que a todos nos gusta!
Hace tiempo que no preparaba esta bebida, debido a que el limón se escaseo bastante, y, si se consigue es a un alto precio, pero como hace unos días una hermana de la iglesia me regalo una panela, no me pude resistir a la idea de prepararlo, asi que, caro y todo compre medio kilo de limón, y, me puse manos a la obra!

I wish you all are having a nice week full of blessings; the days are moving forward, we are in April, we are still in summer, and the heat is still intense; so it is necessary to hydrate with natural and refreshing drinks; and if we talk about refreshing, it is impossible not to think of a good glass of papelon with lemon; a traditional drink, that we all like!
It's been a while since I prepared this drink, because the lemon is quite scarce, and if you get it is at a high price, but as a few days ago a sister of the church gave me a panela, I could not resist the idea of preparing it, so, expensive and all, I bought half a kilo of lemon, and I got down to work!
Let's see:
para 2 litros de jugo:
1/2 kilo de limon
250gr de panela o papelon
1,5 litros de agua
hielo.
for 2 liters of juice:
1/2 kilo of lemon
250gr of panela or papelon
1.5 liters of water
ice.
A mi me gusta remojar la panela en agua para que se deshaga por completo; asi, que la coloco en un a taza con suficiente agua que la cubra, y la llevo a la nevera por unas dos horas.
I like to soak the panela in water to break it down completely, so I place it in a cup with enough water to cover it, and put it in the refrigerator for about two hours.
Después de lavar bien los limones, los corto a la mitad, y los exprimo en el agua de panela.
After washing the lemons well, I cut them in half, and squeeze them in the panela water.
Finalmente agregar el resto del agua, hielo y trozos de limón!
Asi quedo lista mi refrescante y deliciosa bebida!
Finally I add the rest of the water, ice and lemon wedges!
That's how my refreshing and delicious drink is ready!
