Me gusta mucho preparar batidos y probar sabores, mezclando; siempre estoy pensando en nuevas bebidas, en esta oportunidad prepare un batido de durazno, el cual mezcle con yogurt, en verdad es una de mis bebidas favoritas, el mezclar yogurt con cualquier fruta, fresa, pina, parchita, y, en este caso, durazno; el cual cocine primero para luego mezclarlo!

I really like to prepare smoothies and try flavors, blending; I am always thinking about new drinks, this time I prepared a peach smoothie, which I mixed with yogurt, it is really one of my favorite drinks, mixing yogurt with any fruit, strawberry, pineapple, parchita, and, in this case, peach; which I cooked first and then blended it!

Para un vaso:
2 duraznos maduros
1 taza de yogurt natural
azúcar al gusto.
For one glass:
2 ripe peaches
1 cup plain yogurt
sugar to taste.
Lo primero es lavar bien los duraznos, y retirar la concha, luego los corté en pequeños trozos y lleve a sancochar, retire del fuego y deje reposar!
First wash the peaches well and remove the shells, then cut them into small pieces and parboil, remove from heat and let stand!
Lleve el durazno y yogurt a la licuadora, y agregue 2 cucharadas de azúcar, y licue a alta velocidad durante un minuto!
