Today I share with you a delicious three-fruit cocktail. This tasty and nutritious juice was a combination of three fruits rich in vitamin C, ideal to strengthen our body and keep our skin firm, soft and smooth. We are talking about peach, lemon and passion fruit.
The result of this mixture is very tasty and above all beneficial to our health. This cocktail is ideal to strengthen our immune system to fight viruses and diseases.

El día de hoy les comparto un delicioso cóctel de tres frutas. Este sabroso y nutritivo jugo fue una combinación de tres frutas ricas en vitamina C ideal para fortalecer nuestro organismo y mantener nuestra piel firme, suave y tersa. Se trata de Durazno, limón y maracuyá.
El resultado de ésta mezcla es muy sabroso y sobre todo beneficio para nuestra salud. Este cóctel es ideal para fortalecer nuestro sistema inmunológico a fin de combatir virus y enfermedades.
Les invito a preparar conmigo este cóctel y sin más que agregar, pongamos manos a la licuadora!!
To prepare this delicious juice we use the following ingredients, namely:
- 2 lemons
- 1 peach
- 1 passion fruit
- 5 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 cups of water

Para preparar este delicioso jugo utilizamos los siguientes ingredientes, a saber:
- 2 limones
- 1 durazno
- 1 maracuyá
- 5 Cucharadas de azúcar
- 2 tazas de agua
De los ingredientes usados rindió un litro

Esta combinación se ve bastante buena, justamente en mi bebida de hoy usé durazno.
En cuanto a la parchita, la amo, creo que cuando se usa parchita todo queda más delicioso.

I have tried the passion fruit juice and it's yummy and a great source of vitamin c but haven't tried the peach. Peach is not common and we seldom have it here.
